|Recommended: YesConvenient, Quiet, Safe And Accommodating — The Hopkins House has been great for me. I'm a short term lease person working a contract at a local hospital. I travel alone and I feel very safe here and appreciate the indoor parking. The deli and convenience store is perfect for those little needs that come up from time to time and the food is very good when it's just too much trouble to cook. My studio is very quiet, ample closets, I never hear my neighbors, I have a great view and things couldn't be better

|Recommended: YesThe Apartments At Hopkins House Are Great, But Management Seems To Have Changed Over The 2 Years We've Been Here. — I like the apartments and the maintenance staff are friendly and attentive. The people who work in the leasing office have changed several times in the 2 years we've been here, so with the personnel changes come rule changes as well. At first, several arbitrary rules were made, and residents only found out via fliers taped to the inside of the elevators. Some of the changes they made were ridiculous, and they must have received a lot of flack because those were quickly changed back. I have not seen any "rule change" fliers for a few months, so perhaps that has stopped. Even though some of the leasing staff is quite new, we feel they are really willing to work with you as much as possible - but of course as with any job, they have rules to follow too. Overall, it's a nice place to live. If you have a car and don't rent a spot, finding free parking can be tricky depending on what time of day it is, but it is doable.
|Recommended: YesClean Place With Courteous Staff And Great Location — This is a great building that has numerous amenities that are clean and easily accessible. The new management staff is very responsible, much nicer and listens. The building is kept clean, and the apartments are very nicely kept and maintained. The appliances are nice and modern, and the rooms are large in comparison to other apartments. The laundry room and pool are very well kept.
The age of the elevators show a bit in that they're inconsistent and slow.
|Recommended: YesNice Apartment, Well Organized. — The apartment is very good so far. It is well managed, everything is in the correct order. Apart from the cold and wet corridor that links to the garage, this issue has to be fixed.
