|Recommended: YesVery Good Apartment — We have lived at Hopkins House Apartments for half of year, and they have been great It's a bittersweet hello for my family. The people are great, residents and the staff alike. There is no other way to say it, we enjoyed our time there. I would reccommend Hopkins House to anyone looking for a great community to live in.

|Recommended: YesBest Value For Money Near Homewood Campus — Hopkins House is great. Probably the best apartment complex near Homewood Campus. Apartments are roomy with well equipped kitchens. Have not had any maintenance issues yet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any administrative issues you may have. All in all, well worth the price.

The building is very nicely located in a safest area of Baltimore.
It has great look, wooden floor, nice balcony.
I loved it , happily living here since 4 years.
The staffs are always very polite and helpful, quick and fast maintenance if ever required.
I had no problem ever. Hopkins house is just best in everything.
Everything is just so great to be a resident of Hopkins House.
|Recommended: YesA Decent Place To Live Right Across The Street From Homewood. — The apartments try to seem upscale and posh, especially in comparison to the available places to stay in comparable distances from the Homewood JHU campus. The staff manning the front desk are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance response time is fast.
I chose to live here because of the open kitchen floorplans and the relatively large 1-bedroom layout. Overall, a decent place to pass the time until you graduate.

|Recommended: YesBest Place I Ever Lived. — I'm always finding new reasons to love living at the Hopkins House. The staff is so professional and caring, it's like my happiness is their number one priority always. The showers are always hot, the common areas are always clean and full of community, and if you have a problem or situation, the staff will always come up with creative solutions. The location is warm and welcoming with lots of amenities near by. There is an on site deli with delicious food and they deliver! There are always laundry machines available and the residents are so friendly. I have heard zero noise from my neighbors since I've moved in. If you want easy city living with all of the perks and none of the inconveniences, move to Hopkins House.
