|Recommended: YesNice Staff, Reasonable Apartments — The staff here is great, very accommodating and friendly. Wish some of the appliances were nicer, kitchens in general a par at best. In unit-wd was a deal breaker for me unfortunately.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Everyone working here is super friendly and helpful. The fixtures in the bathroom are a little old but the kitchen is great. Lots of light because of the balconies.

|Recommended: YesNice Place With Easy Access To All Essential Services. — Nice place to live in especially for students. Within walking distance to the JHU homewood campus, grocery stores and other services. The Hopkins deli below the apartment is also a life saver in case you need something urgently. They have reasonably priced food options as well, incase you don't want to cook.

|Recommended: YesVery Grateful To Be Here, Lovely Staff — We love our apartment The view and lighting are amazing, the utilities are nice, the rooms are spacey, and the maintenance is reliable. The building itself has a good mix of students, adults, and families. The staff is lovely, and Michelle and Sylvere have been nothing but kind to us since day 1. They were were extremely helpful while we were attempting to lock down our lease and during the move-in. Their welcoming smiles and willingness to help makes this place feel like home. Overall, we feel safe and happy at Hopkins House and cannot imagine living anywhere else in Baltimore

Having said that, the property staff, especially Michelle, is one of the best property staff I have dealt with in a long time. Kudos to her work and dedication

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended Apartment — Office managers and maintenance staffs can break or make a good living condition. I've recently moved into the Hopkins House Apartments and I've had an excellent experience with the office managers and maintenance staffs so far. The office managers are super responsive and professional. I did not have any issues so far, but whenever I had any questions, they were readily available, approachable and caring. I've had similar experiences with the maintenance staffs. I've had to put in two requests due to some minor issue e.g., misaligned closet door problem, etc... and they've responded and addressed it on the same day. Thanks to them, settling into this apartment was a breeze.
There is a grocery mixed cuisine takeout store attached to the building and it's incredibly convenient. The apartment unit is spacious, clean and practical and you can decide to pay for a parking space in the garage. The price point is a bit higher than similar apartments in the area, but given the quality of my experiences so far, I highly recommend this apartment.
